Michelle Smith LeDrew and Trace Hansen, bring decades of business, leadership, and community impact to the stage together. Trace is the owner of Eastlake Skating Center (Warsaw) and Holiday Skating Center (Elkhart), a former Everett, WA police officer turned entrepreneur, and a Roller Sports Hall of Fame inductee with a long history of national and local leadership, including work with the US Olympic Committee, USA Roller Sports, and Joe's Kids.
Michelle is a professional stylist and owner of Glam Boutique, with 30+ years in the fashion industry. She's styled high-profile clients, including military spouses of top-ranking officials, hosts the Midweek Chic segment on WSBT22, and has been featured on NBC, ABC, and Fox affiliates. She's also deeply active in community organizations across Warsaw and beyond.
Together, this husband-and-wife duo knows what it takes to build something meaningful, from the ground up, while staying rooted in family and community.
